Jesus didn’t write any books. He didn’t start any universities. He didn’t found any denominations. Jesus took 12 guys and lived life with them for 3 years. And those 12 guys went and did the same, and in their lifetime they transformed the known world. The gospel, discipleship and spiritual maturity has always come from purposeful interpersonal relationships. Life Groups exist because we all need God-centered community to grow in and live out a life that is focused on God, tight with each other and out there in the community. Whoever you are, wherever you are at with Jesus, and whatever stage of life you are in, you NEED community. Come and join ours, as we live out the adventure of following God together.

Kids
Kids Zone
The adventure begins here for kids, birth through 5th grade. We design age appropriate
experiences with crazy teaching, singing, crafts, and games. Your kids will build
friendships and experience the God of the Bible.
If you are new to Gate City
Dozens of children attend Kids Zone each week, so everyone is checked in electronically and receive a personal name badge to make sure they are known and safe. If you’re planning to come for the first time, we have a Kids Zone check-in station in our foyer with team members ready to assist you. If you’d like to save time and preregister your children, please fill out our simple form HERE.
L.I.T. (Leaders in Training)
We believe in empowering the next generation of leaders. This program is designed to equip 5th-12th grade students to lead in Kids Zone.

Middle and High School
Relentless, our group for middle and high school students, is a place where students can know they’re not alone, where they can be themselves, ask hard questions, and pursue an adventure with God. We are all about community and understanding that God created us with purpose and on purpose.
WHEN:
Sunday During the 11am service & Wednesday 7-8:30pm – High School & Middle School meet in the youth building.
This is our time to gather for worship, small groups, games and teaching.
College Age
We are a group of young adults in college or recent graduates. We want to help create authentic relationship with people that promotes discipleship and service. We are a community that follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture, and God’s purposes in the world. You will find us at a Life Group once a week and other activities throughout the year. Find out more about our Life Group here.
We encourage students to participate with other college parachurch ministries like Chi Alpha. Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship is a campus Christian group at The Idaho State University. Their gatherings include worship, Bible studies, retreats, and missions trips. More importantly, They are a community. They love to hang out, road trip, and take crazy adventures together.

Here is how you can join a team. First find a team that you would be interested in joining. Then click Volunteer to let us know that you are interested and the ministry leader will contact you. They will walk you through their process for getting you in a team.

Church Center and our Facebook Group
Church Center is Gate City's online network and mobile app. Rather than encouraging virtual community, the purpose of Church Center is to enhance actual relationships within the church. People find Life Groups to join, Life Groups use Church Center to share prayer requests and coordinate group activities, leaders use Church Center to announce upcoming events, members use Church Center to exchange goods and services and share neeeds. This tool has allowed us to take better care of our people, and to help them take care of one another.
Our Facebook Group is another way we try to communicate and interact with our church family. If you are familiar with Facebook then you know it can be a powerful communication tool.
Church Center and our Facebook Group are open to anyone who attends Gate City, members and newcomers alike. In addition to joining a Life Group, using the Church Center app is one of the primary ways we encourage people to connect with the Gate City family.
